Senior Producer, Digital Licensing

Responsibilities

• Lead licensed console and PC game projects through all phases of development, launch, and post-launch support
• Partner with external developers, publishers, and platform teams to keep projects on track and aligned with business goals
• Manage production schedules, risks, and deliverables
• Review game builds, creative assets, marketing materials, and milestone submissions to ensure quality and brand consistency
• Collaborate with internal Brand, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product teams throughout development
• Help evaluate new licensing opportunities, development partners, and publishing initiatives
• Track market trends, player expectations, and platform opportunities across the gaming industry
• Provide regular project updates, presentations, and reporting to leadership
• Support problem-solving across teams and help drive projects through production challenges

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in console or PC game production, publishing, or interactive entertainment
• Experience managing external development studios and production partners
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines, certification, and digital publishing
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing multiple partners
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with production and project management tools such as Jira or Trello
