Digital Eclipse is a studio dedicated to restoring and preserving gaming's heritage. They have launched critically acclaimed titles like Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection and Atari 50, while collaborating with industry leaders such as Capcom and Disney.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple game projects concurrently, balancing priorities and guiding them toward successful releases
• Manage internal teams and collaborate with external development partners to ensure alignment with schedules and budgets
• Manage producers and cross-functional collaborators, providing guidance on production workflows
• Help define and improve scalable production practices for external development teams
• Act as a key production point of contact on high-profile partnerships
• Collaborate with the Head of Production on early project planning, including scoping, resource planning, and budgeting
• Drive project success from pre-production to launch through milestone tracking and accountability

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a videogame industry production role
• Demonstrated ability to produce results across multiple departments
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Jira, Google Docs, and MS Office
• Ability to commute or relocate to Emeryville, California

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for retro video games
• Experience contributing to at least two shipped console games
• Experience with 1st party portals and submission processes
• Additional skills in art, writing, coding, or scripting
• University-level degree
