Senior Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production timelines for campaign launches across site, email, social, and paid channels
• Source and manage photographers, directors, stylists, talent, crew, and vendors
• Coordinate fashion show logistics including models, choreographers, and wardrobe management
• Oversee casting, shot lists, call sheets, and asset delivery workflows
• Build and manage production budgets and negotiate contracts with talent and agencies
• Lead on-set production management and troubleshoot operational issues
• Manage and mentor Producers and Sample Coordinators
• Develop production infrastructure, workflows, and project tracking systems
• Oversee post-production asset management, version control, and DAM stewardship

Requirements

• Proven experience producing photo, video, and content within fashion, lifestyle, or apparel brands
• Experience leading complex, multi-day shoots and managing full post-production cycles
• Track record of building or improving production infrastructure and workflows
• Strong project management background with ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Clear understanding of usage rights, releases, licensing, and production contracts
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with seasonal campaign calendars
