Senior Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead all video and motion production activities including live-action, motion design, and GenAI video generation
• Manage and develop a nearshore video production team in Mexico City
• Build and manage production budgets, including cost estimation, supplier negotiation, and reconciliation
• Source and manage production partners, freelancers, and specialist suppliers
• Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Partner with the Associate Creative Director to translate creative direction into production-ready briefs
• Lead the integration of GenAI video tools into the studio's production workflow
• Track production progress and manage resource utilization within OMG systems
• Support studio onboarding by building production playbooks and workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience producing video content (live-action, motion, animation, or social video)
• Experience managing production budgets, supplier relationships, and production teams
• Familiarity with GenAI video tools such as Runway or Pencil
• Experience managing remote or nearshore production teams
• Proficiency in English
• Comfort working in structured workflow environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of higher education or healthcare marketing
• Experience with OMG or similar project management systems
• Ability to train team members on AI tool usage and quality benchmarking
