Senior Procurement Strategy & Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Perform performance and maturity diagnostics for procurement functions
• Participate in defining operational strategies and performance improvement actions
• Formulate recommendations and build innovative solutions for clients
• Implement digital levers to accelerate procurement processes (Source to Pay, Procure to Pay)
• Support automation of recurring tasks and management of procurement data
• Assist in organizational evolution, including roles, responsibilities, and skill development
• Contribute to the development of the Procurement Competence Center through commercial actions and thought leadership

Requirements

• Master 2 or Engineering degree (specialization in Procurement preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting or within a procurement department
• Strong knowledge of procurement digitalization and market-leading tools
• Experience in managing or participating in change management projects
• Proven ability to work autonomously with strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Fluency in English (written and oral)
