Senior Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement procurement strategies in accordance with automation approaches and MRP usage.
• Manage day-to-day P2P (Procure-to-Pay) operations to ensure compliance and high-level internal controls.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and initiatives to reduce total maintenance costs.
• Manage category procurement activities in line with sourcing strategies and company policies.
• Introduce new potential suppliers and contractors to the market to provide efficient alternatives.
• Support the local bidding process and align internal decision-makers through focused communication.
• Adhere to and enforce all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation and policies.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technically related role, preferably in procurement.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
