About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute category-specific procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Source and identify potential suppliers, assessing capabilities and suitability
  • Evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability, and compliance
  • Collaborate with legal teams to negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements
  • Manage purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing
  • Coordinate with inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality
  • Cultivate and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Track procurement KPIs and generate reports for senior management

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain roles
  • Proven experience in the Oil and Gas sector
