Senior Procurement Officer

Responsibilities

• Act as an expert in order and stock management for a specific range of critical parts
• Anticipate needs to ensure operational and economic performance
• Monitor the consumption of critical parts and optimize stock levels to balance cost and availability
• Manage a portfolio using performance indicators such as stock value, availability rate, and coverage rate
• Analyze causes of stockouts and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders across the supply chain
• Ensure the quality of logistical data within Air France information systems
• Propose improvements to existing processes

Requirements

• BAC+3 degree in Supply Chain and Logistics (BUT, Licence pro, or RNCP level 6)
• Minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in procurement or supply chain
• English proficiency at a B2 level (writing, reading, speaking, listening)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex data
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Rigorous, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving
