Senior Procurement Multi-Family Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain activities for the Space Launch Systems team, specifically supporting the Structures IPT
• Manage procurement plans, transactional activities, and supplier performance for all Structures suppliers
• Oversee teammates co-located at critical supplier sites
• Act as an authorized agent to manage supplier-related activities and commit company resources through contracts
• Manage employees and mid-level managers across multiple Supplier Management and Procurement disciplines
• Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies, and technical strategies
• Provide oversight regarding negotiation strategies, processes, and related tools
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
• 5+ years of experience in business, analytical, and problem-solving roles
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects and/or teams
• U.S. Person status required (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
• Ability to obtain access to a NASA facility

• Experience with strategy and negotiations of supplier settlements
