Senior Procurement Multi-Family Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain activities for the Space Launch Systems team, specifically supporting the Avionics IPT
• Manage procurement plans, transactional activities, and supplier design, production, testing, and qualification
• Oversee teammates co-located at critical suppliers and act as an authorized agent for company contracts and agreements
• Manage employees and mid-level managers across multiple supplier management and procurement disciplines
• Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies, and technical strategies
• Provide oversight regarding negotiation strategies, processes, and related tools
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
• 5+ years of experience in business, analytical, and problem-solving roles
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects and/or teams
• Ability to obtain access to a NASA facility
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements (U.S. Person status)

• Experience with strategy and negotiations of supplier settlements
