Senior Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies specific to the Russian Unit’s requirements
• Manage end-to-end procurement functions including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and align activities accordingly
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations within RU operations
• Monitor market conditions and supplier performance to identify risks and opportunities
• Lead and mentor procurement team members to foster a high-performing environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 10 years of procurement experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience working within or managing procurement processes in Russia or similar regulatory environments
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, contract management, and supplier negotiation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools
