Senior Procurement Data Associate

Responsibilities

• Analyze and collect procurement data to generate business reports supporting tactical tasks and strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with Process & Systems Improvement Analysts to improve data management, processes, and governance standards
• Maintain consistent Enterprise Segmentation and category taxonomy for spend reporting
• Design business analysis systems, data recording tools, and operational dashboards for departmental use
• Monitor service delivery data reports to identify business demand trends and escalate concerns
• Communicate data analysis results in written and verbal forms to leadership
• Report and track weekly information required for balanced scorecard reporting and KPI measurement
• Publish financial reporting, including procurement vendor and spend dashboards
• Maintain and update databases to ensure data accuracy
• Align risk and control processes into daily responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience in data analysis or procurement
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
