Senior Procurement & Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and contract negotiations for major packages, including pricing, schedule, and risk allocation
• Develop and execute procurement and commercial strategies aligned with project delivery and cost objectives
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from drafting and negotiation to execution and closeout
• Act as the commercial lead and advisor to project leadership, engineering, and supply chain teams
• Lead claims management and dispute resolution, including analysis and settlement of contractor claims
• Drive change management processes, including evaluation of variation orders and cost impacts
• Ensure commercial governance, compliance, and audit readiness in line with regulated industry standards
• Develop and monitor commercial KPIs, including cost savings and supplier performance

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, or commercial management within capital projects
• Strong track record leading high-value contract negotiations in construction, engineering, or manufacturing
• Deep understanding of contract forms, risk allocation, and claims management
• Experience in highly regulated environments such as nuclear, energy, or infrastructure is preferred
• Proficiency with tools such as SAP, Primavera P6, and Excel
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CCM, or PMP
