Senior Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supplier onboarding, including documentation collection, system setup, and cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain accurate supplier records, certifications, and compliance documentation within procurement systems.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned supplier portfolio to foster strong partnerships.
• Conduct supplier performance analyses to evaluate vendor health and support data-driven decision-making.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of automation initiatives to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor capabilities with organizational goals.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and risk management activities to ensure continuity of supply.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience administering projects, programs, and/or processes.
• Experience with Jaggaer or Workday Finance.
