Senior Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support and execute sourcing strategies for G&A categories including People, Finance, Legal, and Real Estate
• Leverage AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to enhance market research and accelerate data analysis
• Lead and execute sourcing events (RFx) and negotiate pricing and business terms for new purchases and renewals
• Analyze spend data, create pricing models, and build license forecast models to identify cost savings
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive a value-driven purchasing mindset
• Manage renewal lists and monitor market trends to mitigate risk and provide strategic recommendations

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and present business cases to leadership
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of building internal partnerships
• Proficiency in data analysis and cost modeling
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience working in a high-growth company environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Zip for procurement workflows
• Demonstrated curiosity and ability to apply emerging AI technologies to procurement processes
• Experience becoming a systems subject matter expert
