Senior Processing Representative

Responsibilities

• Review and audit new contracts for compliance with pricing, policy guidelines, and state-specific requirements
• Complete discounting and contract funding/booking activities in a high-volume environment
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail to identify potential fraud
• Collaborate with dealers, sales, and underwriting teams to resolve contract package deficiencies
• Serve as a subject matter expert for processing, including training on product enhancements and programs
• Support various business and department-level projects

Requirements

• High school Diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in contract processing
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Ability to meet established productivity and turnaround time goals
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
