Senior Process Specialist Manufacturing & Process Technology

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for plant projects within the lyophilization, spray drying, and cleanroom specialist groups
• Evaluate, develop, and implement new equipment and technologies
• Coordinate the qualification and validation of new machinery and systems
• Act as a sub-project manager for large-scale projects and lead smaller investment projects
• Optimize existing production processes through technical, automation, or PAT (Process Analytical Technology) solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field
• Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
• Expertise in plant and piping construction, machine technology, occupational safety, and explosion protection
• Proficiency in German (C1 or native level) and English (B2 level)
• Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP
• Specific knowledge of lyophilization processes
