Senior Process/Reliability Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a group of supervisors, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.
• Supervise technical professionals across all shifts to ensure consistent execution of technical standards.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to improve process flow.
• Oversee the setup, operation, and optimization of injection molding processes to minimize scrap and reduce cycle time.
• Resolve process-related issues through root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, scrap, and cycle time.
• Partner with Engineering, Tooling, and Quality departments to meet production goals and support new product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
• 7+ years of injection molding experience, including leadership of technical teams.
• 3+ years of experience managing or supervising other supervisors or team leaders.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling, automation, and production optimization.
• Proven experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• RJG Master Molder I or II certification.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
• Lean Manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma certification.
