Senior Process Operator

Responsibilities

• Monitor industrial equipment throughout the shift to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Manage carbon and resin processes, including bagging products, preparing samples, and performing testing
• Operate specialized equipment such as filter presses, pH probes, and wastewater treatment plants
• Handle material movement using a forklift to load/unload deliveries and move materials throughout the plant
• Perform troubleshooting and minor equipment repairs as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation within computer systems
• Support resin batch creation and quality testing for SDI products

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
• Ability to work the 2nd shift (Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM CST)
• Ability to work in various temperatures (0°–120°F) and environments involving noise, dust, and concrete surfaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or plant operations
• Experience operating a forklift
• Knowledge of chemicals or wastewater treatment processes
• Ability to complete 40-hour hazardous waste operations training
