Senior Process Engineer/Process Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Participate in the project design phase including equipment sizing, selection, technical specifications, and functional descriptions
• Ensure alignment of P&IDs and 3D plans with client expectations in collaboration with the design office
• Supervise and support teams within specific projects and share professional best practices
• Participate in client meetings during the pre-project phase to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Follow and explain different technical phases during project execution

Requirements

• Higher education degree in food industry, process engineering, or mechanical engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally in the food, pharma, or cosmetics sectors
• Proficiency in English for professional communication with international clients
• Experience working in a project-based mode
• Strong organizational, autonomy, and teamwork skills
