Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize machining processes and process documentation post-launch
• Design processes, coordinate trials, validations, and technical acceptance of investments
• Plan, supervise, and report on technological trials and RMP management
• Participate in performance analyses, AME creation, and PFMEA process development
• Support new launch teams and oversee processes after SOP
• Drive continuous improvement through LEAN initiatives and standardization of best practices
• Prepare technical offers by analyzing manufacturing capabilities and production capacity

Requirements

• Higher technical education
• Proven experience working with CNC machines
• Experience in a production or technical department with knowledge of production process improvement
• Technical expertise in grinding technology (profile grinding, abrasive selection, and parameters)
• Technical expertise in milling technology (cutting strategies, parameters, and CNC milling)
• Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code) and program editing
• Strong ability to read technical drawings and apply GD&T (dimensions and tolerances)
• Knowledge of PFMEA methodology
• Fluency in both Polish and English
• Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and communication abilities
