About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth execution of back-end, post-sputter processes in compliance with process specifications
- Carry out engineering studies to improve post-sputter processes
- Monitor daily process KPOV and KPIV
- Trigger process or machine maintenance as scheduled or on an ad hoc basis
- Ensure compliance with operating procedures and process parameters
- Carry out evaluations for process improvement
- Ensure quality of parts leaving the process and manage excursions to mitigate impact
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent
- Proficiency with Minitab/JMP, Spotfire, or other data analytics tools
- Knowledge of SPC and DOE
- Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE)
