Senior Process Engineer, Water

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute work involving civil and utility engineering principles for water, recycled water, and conveyance projects
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in developing innovative solutions for treatment processes
• Prepare technical deliverables including reports, planning studies, specifications, detailed design drawings, and calculations
• Lead project teams through the planning and design phases of major engineering projects
• Coordinate effectively with clients, internal multidisciplinary teams, and external consultants
• Support business development pursuits and foster strategic client relationships in Northern California
• Mentor young professionals and support research through pilot and demo-scale testing

Requirements

• B.S. degree in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering (M.S. preferred)
• Minimum of 15 years of water treatment experience
• Valid California Professional Engineering license, or ability to obtain one within 1 year of employment
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Experience with water infrastructure design and engineering services during construction
• Strong project management and client service skills
