Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Establish standard operating conditions and SOPs for production lines to meet customer and company requirements
• Lead product development programs, including protocols and validations, and drive defect elimination
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure high efficiency and reliability of production equipment
• Improve and maintain batch record processes
• Investigate customer complaints and initiate root cause prevention programs within the operation area
• Train supervisors and staff on SOPs, quality management systems, and operational disciplines
• Perform regular analysis of production line performance, including quality, output, raw material consumption, and labor efficiency
• Support new projects, processes, or machine FAT, installation, startup, and validation
• Liaison with QA to ensure daily operations comply with quality audit standards

Requirements

• College degree in medical, machinery, or electrical engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in the medical industry
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong technical background and ability to learn new product development processes
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral communication)
• Ability to work effectively with global colleagues and maintain a high standard of operational discipline

• Experience in quality management and product development
