Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support a customer Program Management Office (PMO) overseeing a large multi-organizational agile software development project
• Provide process engineering support to plan and execute systems engineering and agile development processes

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph (less than 10 years old)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Education (or equivalent experience)
• 10 years of experience with Process Improvement on programs of similar scope
• 5 years of experience in facilitation, training, methodology development, or process engineering
• Experience planning and executing agile development projects

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe/Agile methodology expertise
• Prior experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master
• Architecture experience (DoDAF)
• Experience with functional, system, and non-functional requirements analysis
