Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop processes that meet semiconductor performance requirements
• Interface with packaging and assembly teams on wafer process flows
• Optimize processes to enhance yield, stability, and reliability
• Drive failure analysis of PICs post dicing
• Manage development projects and vendor relationships
• Use data analysis tools like JMP to develop new processes
• Apply structured risk management and problem-solving (FMEA, 8D, 5-why)
• Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor processing
• Experience in process development, implementation, and HVM transfer
• Experience with dicing, defect inspection, and post fab processing
• Experience with metrology and material analysis
• Proven experience executing complex cross-department projects
• Experience in vendor relationship management
• Experience with test structures for yield improvement
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment
