Senior Process Engineer Lithography

Responsibilities

• Maintain and provide up-to-date procedures and processes that meet safety and quality requirements.
• Validate procedures and processes on the shop floor to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Pro-actively connect with Manufacturing to transfer improvement ideas regarding technical problems, material quality, and bottlenecks.
• Drive improvement actions to successful implementation by involving relevant sections and departments.
• Contribute technical knowledge and experience to various improvement projects.
• Define required tool quantities, secure availability, initiate upgrades, and support maintenance actions.
• Coordinate quality-related escalations to customers and support Manufacturing in securing production progress.

Requirements

• HBO Bachelor degree is mandatory.
• Fluency in Dutch is required; proficiency in English is also necessary.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and FMEA.
• Analytical, pragmatic, and proactive mindset with a hands-on mentality.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• MSc in Physics, Chemistry, or another relevant technical field.
• Experience working in a high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Direct experience with lithography-based processing.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, and Quality Management Systems.
