Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Improve and monitor production line safety, including PPE, machine guards, and tool equipment calibration.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, property damage, or near misses and revise global standards and local work instructions.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for quality issues and implement proactive/preventive actions.
• Promote Kaizen initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Support cost-saving activities to reduce rework and material costs.
• Manage CAPEX activities to meet cost and delivery plans, specifically for cabling and packing processes.
• Collaborate with SCM, Logistics, and Engineering to resolve shop floor problems.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable external and internal regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, shop-floor control, or process improvement.
• Proficiency in computer engineering applications such as PLC and AutoCAD.
• Fluency in both Thai and English communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Transformer Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in the SAP-PP module.
