Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction document reviews as required
• Plan, organize, and coordinate process/mechanical engineering and multi-disciplined design projects
• Prepare and review calculations and specifications relating to Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) development
• Demonstrate design experience in mechanical systems and equipment design
• Generate and review the accuracy of design/evaluation calculations and specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience
• U.S. citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance
• Familiarity with computer aided drafting applications
• Experience with design, estimating, specification preparation, and construction document preparation
• Working knowledge of federal (including DOE Orders), state, and local codes and standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Nuclear industry experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) License
