Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvements to optimize production processes, reduce costs, improve quality, and increase efficiency
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and solve production issues
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions for large-scale equipment and systems
• Establish and analyze key performance indicators to ensure production targets are met
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Drive optimized usage of PLM, MES, and ERP systems
• Support factory layout, optimization efforts, capacity planning, and scalability plans

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production development environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent
• Mastery in owning manufacturing processes including quality, throughput, and yield
• Advanced proficiency in statistical methods using JMP, Minitab, or equivalent
• High level of proficiency in SQL data query
• Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary projects and mentoring engineering teams
• Deep technical expertise in creating DFMEAs and PFMEAs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
