Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering analysis for new product quotations
• Design manufacturing processes, including work instructions, fixtures, tools, materials, inspection methods, and process controls
• Manage product engineering changes and implement manufacturing process improvements to eliminate defects and customer complaints
• Continuously improve product quality and production efficiency
• Support the Quality Assurance department with 8D reporting by providing effective corrective and preventive actions
• Establish and deploy manufacturing process flows to optimize production efficiency
• Develop and improve the technical capabilities of process technicians

Requirements

• At least 5 years of process engineering experience
• Expertise in PCBA and box build processes, including solder paste printing, Reflow Soldering, Wave Soldering, coating, and BGA rework
• Training in quality systems and advanced quality tools/techniques
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Ability to learn and implement new technologies for process improvement
• Workable English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) industry
