Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on process engineering support to analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of new processes, including scale-ups and technology introductions
• Manage standards related to Environment, Safety, Health, and Sustainability (ESHS) while ensuring product quality
• Apply deep technical knowledge in mixing, material science, heat and mass transfer, filtration, and drying to troubleshoot issues
• Analyze site capacity constraints and lead projects to reduce bottlenecks and increase throughput
• Recommend and lead capital investment projects related to equipment reliability and new technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
• Act as a technical authority by reviewing engineering documentation and mentoring team members

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, a related engineering discipline, or Chemistry
• 10 years of chemical or pharmaceutical engineering manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience working in multiple production facilities with different scales and technology platforms
• Strong technical problem-solving ability and experience overcoming complex engineering challenges
• Strong computer skills across a variety of software packages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence groups and work effectively within a team environment
