Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the plant Management Operating System (MOS) to ensure consistent execution across all departments
• Drive KPI reporting, data collection, and analysis to provide actionable insights to plant leadership
• Lead and mentor Rapid Results Teams to guide structured problem-solving efforts
• Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities using data-driven analysis
• Support the development, revision, and standardization of SOPs
• Collaborate with quality, operations, maintenance, and supply chain teams to align improvement efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering or continuous improvement within food, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience leading a Management Operating System (MOS) or similar operating model
• Proven track record of leading Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma initiatives
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, GMP, and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related engineering field
• Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems
• Experience with process simulation software
