Senior Process Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostics in dealerships through field visits and internal interviews
• Map end-to-end after-sales and service processes to identify bottlenecks and root causes
• Evaluate maturity in process excellence, proactive commercial culture, and strategic data use
• Consolidate findings into executive insights, risks, and recommendations
• Support the structuring of evaluation criteria and prioritization roadmaps
• Maintain project discipline including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups

Requirements

• Proven experience in process mapping and improvement
• Experience in the agricultural machinery, heavy vehicles, or technical after-sales segment
• Ability to conduct interviews with multiple organizational levels (directors to operations)
• Proficiency in producing executive-level materials and reports
• Availability for travel and field visits across Brazil
• Valid driver's license (CNH B)
• Strong consultative posture and systemic vision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dealership or franchise networks
• Familiarity with after-sales KPIs (SLA, productivity, NPS, CSAT)
• Experience with data-driven management and dashboards
• Experience with governance and routine-based management
