Senior Process Associate

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for assigned HR operational processes and transaction domains.
• Process and oversee complex HR transactions within SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead quality reviews, audits, and validation activities to ensure adherence to data and process standards.
• Analyze trends, identify recurring issues, and perform root cause analysis to recommend corrective actions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and the employee experience.
• Partner with HRIS and Employee Services teams to support automation and workflow improvements.
• Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge management resources.
• Train and mentor Process Associates and other team members.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or transactional processing environments.
• Strong experience with HR systems, specifically SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience conducting quality reviews, audits, and process analysis.
• Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including advanced Excel skills.
• Experience supporting high-volume, service-oriented environments.
