Senior Process Analyst - RCM

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot deployment and environmental issues and resolve them in a timely manner across multiple projects
• Develop in-depth knowledge of business processes facilitated by software products and operational processes within the scope of work
• Solve complex, scope-specific problems with little to no supervision
• Interact with key stakeholders to support business operations
• Optimize Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes to improve healthcare business operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry experience
• 2+ years of experience in relevant billing functions
• Graduate degree in Commerce or Computer Applications
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools
• Typing speed of 30+ wpm with an accuracy rate of 90% or higher
• Strong English communication skills (written and listening) with a neutral accent
• Willingness to work US shift timings

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Cerner applications and other related healthcare software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to new and changing technical environments
