Senior Process Analyst - RCM

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) including EOB review, payment posting, and correspondence review
• Execute denial management, appeals processes, and accounts receivable tasks
• Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining high accuracy
• Solve complex, scope-specific problems with minimal supervision
• Interact with key stakeholders and develop in-depth knowledge of business and operational processes
• Troubleshoot deployment and environmental issues across multiple projects

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry experience
• 2+ years of experience in relevant billing functions
• Graduate degree in Commerce or Computer Applications
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools
• Net typing speed of 30+ wpm with an accuracy rate of 90% or higher
• Strong English written and listening skills with a neutral accent
• Willingness to work US shift timings

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Cerner applications and other related healthcare software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing technical environments
