Senior Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Map, design, and standardize internal PMO processes for the Setup team (Gate 0 to Gate 5) to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
• Configure and administer project management tools, specifically Jira, ensuring workflows accurately reflect setup processes and maintain data quality.
• Structure and maintain project data governance by building and updating executive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Support financial portfolio control by monitoring CAPEX and OPEX, investment approval workflows, and budgets in partnership with finance teams.
• Lead continuous improvement cycles by identifying bottlenecks in distribution center opening, closing, and takeover processes.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or Project Management environment.
• Expertise in process mapping, modeling, and optimization within high-complexity environments.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK and Agile (Scrum).
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Monday, or MS Project, including workflow configuration.
• Advanced data visualization skills using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of financial control routines, specifically CAPEX and OPEX analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate Spanish language skills.
• Interest in exploring AI and emerging technologies to enhance process maturity.
