Senior Process Analyst - Medical Coding

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production and quality functions for a team of medical coders specializing in EM Oncology
• Perform coding for outpatient and/or inpatient records with a minimum of 96% accuracy
• Assign appropriate medical codes to all diagnoses and services using ICD-10, CPT-4, and HCPCS systems
• Plan, direct, and supervise feedback workflows and coordinate activities across assigned coding staff
• Ensure deliverables adhere to client quality standards and meet productivity targets within stipulated timelines
• Maintain high professional and ethical standards while focusing on continuous improvement to prevent revenue leakage
• Prepare and maintain status reports regarding team performance and coding accuracy

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Life Science, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Zoology, or Microbiology
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience
• Professional certification as a CPC (Certified Coding Professional) or CCS (Certified Coding Specialist)
• Proven experience in EM Oncology coding
• Strong knowledge of CPT-4, ICD-9, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
