About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of global Customer Success readiness programs, including onboarding and ongoing enablement.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Operations, Programs, and Systems to align readiness activities with business priorities.
  • Deliver relevant learning experiences such as training sessions, workshops, and learning paths to improve role confidence and execution.
  • Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and methodologies through structured coaching and reinforcement.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group coaching to support skill development and behavioral change.
  • Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify gaps and recommend program improvements.
  • Maintain and update enablement assets, procedures, and supporting documentation.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Enablement, or Program/Project Management.
  • Experience supporting change initiatives, enablement programs, or operational improvements for customer-facing teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with comfort engaging diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Background in Customer Success, Consulting, or Enterprise Services environments.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and continuous enablement methodologies.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (less than 20%).
