Senior Printing Test Technician

Responsibilities

• Oversee test preparation, execution, and machine/test rig operation
• Coordinate delivery and inventory of building materials
• Supervise and provide guidance to Phoenix Testing Technicians
• Perform repairs, calibrations, and part replacements for printers
• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and network systems using multimeters and schematics
• Manage inventory of replacement parts and maintain accurate ticketing records
• Execute and document QC measurements on material samples
• Ensure 100% compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Requirements

• Associate's degree with 3+ years of technical experience, or 5+ years in manufacturing/fabrication, or 2+ years in a technical supervisory role
• Proven experience supervising Field Operations Technicians
• Expert proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and software systems
• Extensive experience with PLCs, VFDs, TwinCAT, and multimeters
• In-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems maintenance and repair
• Experience with Procore for tracking build activity
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in extreme outdoor environments
• Willingness to travel outside of Austin, TX, for multiple weeks at a time
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with multi-axis machines, CNCs, and 3D printers
• Proficiency with Google and Microsoft applications
