Senior Principle Project Manager (NPI)

Responsibilities

• Drive the Project Life Cycle from Project Initiation through to Production Release
• Define project scope, planning, and budget while maintaining high quality standards
• Create and maintain the project business case to meet organizational financial targets
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of technical specialists to satisfy customer needs
• Conduct project risk assessments and implement appropriate risk responses
• Communicate progress, issues, and escalations clearly to all relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in complex project management leading multidisciplinary teams
• Proven Project Management skills (PMI/PMP)
• Technical background, preferably within the semiconductor industry
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate efficiently at all organizational levels
• Structured way of working and excellent interpersonal skills
