Senior/Principal UIUX Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the user-centered design process for automotive intelligent cockpit systems
• Translate strategic requirements into UX innovation topics through close communication with headquarters
• Structure and drive research activities around UX, technology, and design to extract new opportunities
• Propose and lead innovative concepts for the HarmonySpace platform and generic intelligent cockpit experiences
• Demonstrate concept intents using comprehensive and logical storytelling
• Create UIUX design deliverables and demos ranging from low-fidelity to high-fidelity

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in UXUI design, HMI design, product design, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of system-level UIUX experience in automotive cockpits or consumer-facing devices
• Proven portfolio demonstrating strong UX research and high-level aesthetic UI design competence
• Proficiency in industry-standard UIUX design tools
• Excellent presentation and clear communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools for design and front-end system development
• Experience building interactive front-end demos
• Proficiency in Mandarin
• Experience working with white-label platforms
