Senior Principal Test Architect

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and lead integration and test activities for the SPY-6A(V) radar system
• Develop plans and provide direction for integration and test team activities
• Coordinate with I&T CPT Leads, Program Managers, and IPT Leads
• Interface with leaders in the 6A(V) customer community
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Systems Integration, Verification, and Validation
• Travel up to 15% to support mission execution at labs, test sites, shipyards, and customer facilities

Requirements

• STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience
• Extensive experience in systems engineering, integration, verification, and validation
• Experience working with integration labs, test facilities, or field environments
• Proven experience in technical or functional leadership
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance (Secret) required on day 1

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in radar integration or on naval radar programs
• Experience working directly with the US Navy customer
• Experience deploying technical strategies across multi-disciplinary teams
• Familiarity with RLPM, internal reviews, and gate reviews
• Completion of the Test Architect Development Program
