Senior Principal Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large-scale, complex, cross-functional enterprise programs from concept through execution and operationalization.
• Define program strategy, scope, milestones, success metrics, and governance frameworks.
• Drive alignment across engineering, product management, architecture, security, operations, and executive leadership teams.
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to drive cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams and resolve complex technical or organizational issues.
• Establish and monitor program metrics, KPIs, and operational dashboards to drive informed, data-driven decision-making.
• Anticipate risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints to proactively drive mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 12+ years of technical program management experience leading large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, distributed systems, infrastructure, and security.
• Proven experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple engineering organizations.
• Demonstrated experience driving cloud transformation, migration, or platform modernization.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, and generative AI technologies to improve business outcomes.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Hands-on experience with OCI, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Certifications in cloud architecture, program management, or AI technologies.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation programs in global organizations.
