Senior Principal Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the autonomous cloud platform.
• Engage with internal and external customers, developers, and partners to shape product direction and prioritize features.
• Drive new product development and enhancements to meet market demands and improve competitive positioning.
• Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to manage product releases and successful deployment.
• Leverage market research and analytics to inform product direction and prioritize features based on business goals.
• Own the product backlog, define user stories, and lead Agile development processes.
• Serve as a product ambassador and evangelist through presentations and industry engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 10+ years of experience as a hands-on product manager for customer-facing products.
• Proven experience launching and operating customer-facing cloud services.
• Experience training sales and field engineers on service or platform features.
• Deep technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and developer ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product management, product design, or a related field.
• BS degree in Computer Science or Business Administration (MS preferred).
• Thorough understanding of public cloud infrastructure services such as Compute, Storage, Identity, and Networking.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS services.
