About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead global transformation programs across systems, products, and customer touchpoints to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams across product, technology, data operations, corporate communications, and customer experience teams.
  • Plan and execute remediation strategies to mitigate risks, including customer communication plans and support readiness.
  • Establish and manage a comprehensive program governance framework, including executive-level reporting and steering committees.
  • Drive alignment and build consensus across Product, Technology, Data, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Operations teams.
  • Coordinate impact assessments and remediation planning across internal systems and customer-facing platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, product management, or project management.
  • Proven track record of developing strategy and managing all aspects of a global program from planning to execution.
  • Strong strategic program management expertise and ability to manage complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience interacting with senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel in the interests of the business.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep experience in enterprise transformation and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment.
  • Ability to proactively translate business goals into technical product requirements.
