About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and execution of an agentic anti-virus platform
- Define protections across prompt integrity, agent behavior monitoring, policy enforcement, and runtime safeguards
- Translate threats like prompt injection, tool abuse, and model poisoning into user-facing protections
- Shape Gen Digital’s point of view on AI safety, agent trust, and governance frameworks
- Partner with research and engineering to turn advanced concepts into scalable systems
- Define integration capabilities via APIs, SDKs, and platform services
- Monitor the evolving landscape of AI platforms and agent frameworks to identify market gaps
- Work closely with engineering to build scalable, high-performance protection systems
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in Product Management
- Proven track record building products in cybersecurity, AI/ML platforms, or developer ecosystems
- Experience building platform products including APIs, SDKs, and scalable systems
- Strong understanding of AI risks, security principles, and threat modeling
- Experience working across distributed, cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Ability to operate effectively in high-ambiguity, emerging categories
