Senior Principal Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Unpack broad, cross-functional initiatives into specific workstreams and coordinate release planning
• Create and drive the strategic vision for the product while enabling continuous improvement
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with company strategic goals
• Work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to align development with business goals
• Facilitate decision-making, resolve blockers, and monitor overall team health
• Communicate complex engineering issues and ensure paths for resolution
• Manage and balance team resources to drive growth and innovation
• Define data-driven performance metrics to ensure platform reliability and availability
• Develop a deep understanding of the Fintech space to make informed strategic decisions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management within fintech, ecommerce, or technology-driven environments
• Proven ability to define and drive product vision and long-term strategy
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and marketing
• Strong customer-centric mindset using qualitative and quantitative data to shape direction
• Excellent communication skills for crafting executive narratives and product requirements
• Extensive experience managing multiple senior stakeholders and negotiating priorities
• Strong analytical approach including defining OKRs and success metrics
• Experience working in ambiguous, high-growth environments
• Demonstrated impact in mentoring product managers and shaping product culture
• End-to-end experience launching and iterating on products with quantified impact
