About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead executive-level advisory engagements across marketing and advertising strategy, customer growth, media effectiveness, and experience technology.
- Help clients define growth priorities and translate them into actionable roadmaps, operating models, and transformation programs.
- Shape and sell MAX opportunities in the Pacific Northwest by identifying whitespace, developing client relationships, and writing proposals.
- Advise on marketing and experience technology strategy, including MarTech/AdTech roadmaps, CDPs, CRM, and ecosystem platforms.
- Guide clients through modern challenges such as audience strategy, media optimization, identity, privacy, and AI-driven disruption.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through complex client problems, balancing delivery quality with commercial outcomes and team development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, customer growth, digital strategy, or marketing analytics.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams, workstreams, or client accounts.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated business development experience, including proposal development and solution design.
- Working knowledge of major technology ecosystems such as Adobe, Google, or Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- MBA or advanced degree.
- Deep expertise in specific areas like retail media networks, loyalty, or customer data strategy.
